Poster Set-up and Presentation Schedule

Due to the overwhelming response this year, poster presentations will be available in the following formats:

Poster Board Allocation & Schedule

  • Posters will be displayed on Level 1, South Lobby ouside Exhibition Area (Ballroom ABC).
  • Please ensure that your poster is placed on the assigned board according to your board number and schedule.
  • Presenters are REQUIRED to be positioned by their posters for discussion during the scheduled time in the table below.

* Posters from Group A which are not removed after 18:30 on Friday, 8 May 2026, and posters from Group B which are not removed after 12:00 on Sunday, 4 May 2025, will be disposed of.

Physical Poster Preparation – Technical Specifications
  • Poster Board Size: 1m (width) × 2.5m (height)
  • Orientation: Portrait
  • Poster Dimensions: Not exceeding 0.9m (width) × 1.2m (height)
    Please refer to the example layout and dimensions here.
  • Posters are preferred to be prepared on a single sheet.
  • Allocate the top of the poster for the Title and Authors as indicated on the submitted abstract.
  • Ensure that the font size, illustrations, etc., are sufficiently clear to be legible from a distance of two meters.
  • Double-sided tape will be provided in the poster area for affixing posters. The use of paste, glue, thumbtacks, or staples is strictly prohibited. Staff members will also be available in the poster area to assist you in locating your poster board. Authors are responsible for putting up their own posters.

 

E-Poster Preparation

To ensure that all participants can continue to view posters even after they have been removed from the boards, e-poster stations will be available in the poster area.

Please prepare your e-poster using the template provided here. Presenting author  needs to upload their e-poster and the copy must be submitted by 20 April, 23:59hr (GMT+8) at https://aspire2026.scimeeting.cn/en/reg/info/30565.

 

Rapid-Fire Presentations (Selected Presenters Only)

We are pleased to introduce the Rapid-Fire Presentation, a new format at ASPIRE 2026.

This format provides selected authors with the opportunity to present key highlights of their research in a concise and engaging manner, allowing the audience to gain insights into a wider range of studies within a short time.

If you have been selected for this format, you will receive a separate notification. If you do not receive one, your presentation will follow the standard poster format.

Presentation Format

  • 3 minutes per presentation
  • No Q&A session
  • Maximum of 3 slides
  • Presentations must strictly adhere to the time limit. Presentations exceeding the allocated time may be stopped

Submission of Slides

  • Slides must be prepared in PowerPoint format (16:9)
  • Please submit your slides to the Congress Secretariat at [email protected] by 30 April
  • Onsite changes may not be permitted
